Fengbao assembles cordless brushless tools, battery packs and kits in Jiangsu, China. This page covers how an order is built, what we can change for you, and what we need from you to plan production.
Production Capability
What we build in house, and where a buyer's specification can change the build.
Tool assembly
Brushless motors, gearboxes, housings, switches and electronics are built up in sequence on lines set by product family, so the same model is assembled the same way each run.
Battery packs and chargers
Packs are built for the 16V, 21V and 40V platforms, including 21700 cell packs at 4.0Ah and 8.0Ah. Charger plug types are set for the destination market.
Kit building
Combo kits from two to seven tools are packed with batteries, chargers, accessories and a plastic case. Kit content lists are fixed with you before production.
Printing and labelling
Tool logos, rating labels, manuals, retail box artwork and outer carton markings are prepared to your artwork and approved before the run.
Packing
Colour box, blow case or brown carton. Carton quantities run from 1 to 10 pieces depending on the model, and kit cartons hold 1 to 5 sets.
Capacity and lead time
Monthly output, line count, factory area, staff numbers and standard lead time are confirmed by our sales team for the models in your order.

How an Order Runs
Model and quantity confirmed
You send the model list, configuration and quantity per model. We confirm what is available and the packing for each item.
Specification sheet signed off
Battery capacity, charger plug type, accessories, labels and manual language are written down and approved before scheduling.
Samples if required
For a new buyer or a private-label build, samples are produced first so you can check the tool and the packaging.
Production scheduled
Components are prepared, then tools are assembled by family. Lead time is confirmed with the order.
Inspection and packing
Tools are function checked, matched with batteries and chargers, then packed and marked to the approved details.
Shipment
Cartons are loaded and the packing and shipping documents your forwarder or customs broker needs are prepared.
Working With Overseas Buyers
Enquiries and order documents are handled in English. We work to the shipping terms agreed in the order and prepare goods for container or LCL shipment.
