Quality Control, Testing and After-Sales
Tools are checked while they are assembled and again before they are packed. This page sets out what is checked, what we can show you before shipment, and how warranty and spare parts are handled.
Control Points in the Build
Four checks between components arriving and cartons closing.
Incoming components
Motors, cells, switches, chucks and housings are checked against the specification for the model before they go to the line.
During assembly
Staff check fit and function at the station: gearbox action, switch travel, chuck or anvil movement, and cable and terminal seating.
Finished tool test
The motor is run, speed and torque settings are switched through, forward and reverse are checked, and the LED and fuel gauge are confirmed.
Before packing
Battery and charger are paired with the tool, kit contents are counted, and labels, barcodes and carton markings are checked against the order.
What We Test on the Tool
Testing covers the parts a buyer hears about when something goes wrong: the motor, the switch, the battery pairing and the charger.
Checks You Can Ask For
Buyers can verify an order before it leaves the factory.
Pre-shipment photos
Photos of finished tools, labels, kit contents and closed cartons sent for approval before shipment.
Samples before volume
Production samples, including private-label samples with your labels and packaging once artwork is approved.
Third-party inspection
You can appoint an inspection company. We give access to the goods and the packing area on the agreed date.
Factory visit
Buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Jiangsu. Contact the sales team to arrange a date.
Certification, Warranty and After-Sales
Terms are confirmed in writing with each order. Items below marked as required are not yet confirmed for publication.
Certification
Certificates held for tools, batteries and chargers, and the markets each certificate covers, are supplied on request with the certificate numbers and issuing bodies.
Warranty
Warranty period and coverage for tools and battery packs are set out in the sales contract for each order.
Spare parts and after-sales
Spare parts are kept available for the models we supply, so your service team can repair rather than replace. Battery packs, chargers, switches, chucks and guards can be ordered separately.
